Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Persona Creator mobile application ("App"), developed by Kaan Gülhan ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.  

2. Use of the App

The App allows you to create fictional characters and explore fantasy worlds using AI-powered tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.  

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any of the App's content without our prior written consent.  

5. User Content

You may generate and use fictional characters and world descriptions within the App. However, you are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes. You also agree not to use the App to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Defame, abuse, or harass others.

• Post any obscene, indecent, or offensive content.

• Promote illegal activities.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.  

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.  

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.  

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].  

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. By continuing to use the App after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
